IS THAT CLEAR?
Editor - Film & Travel
Steven Neish - Dundee, Scotland.
A big fan of adventure both on the big screen and off, I split my time between writing film reviews and updating my travel blog. Glasgow and Edinburgh Film Festivals provide me with the perfect opportunity to do both, sating my popcorn addiction while permitting me to travel the world one film at a time.
Born and raised in Essex; lived in and around Nice in southeast France for 30 years. I make full use of the near-by and totally fabulous Libération street market and enjoy food shopping, cooking and then eating and drinking. Exploring this wonderful region and sampling it's great foods and wines is not exactly a tough job… Plus there's Italy just 40 minutes to the east and Spain a half-day drive to the west, with all the mouthwatering opportunities they offer.
Rickie is a musician by trade and for the last 6 years has been touring with The Saw Doctors as their full time drummer. In 2012 he took up acting and has since turned that into his full time job. He is an avid lover of books, movies and live theatre and feels very fortunate to be able to write about them here on this platform in great detail.
A journalist living between Paris and Munich. She loves mumblecore movies, lolcats, wool socks, beautiful mountains and the Mediterranean sea. One day, she will leave everything to travel in a tiny house.
Journaliste et vit entre Paris et Munich. Fan de mumblecore movies, de lolcats, de chaussettes en laine, de belles montagnes et de la mer méditerranée. Un jour, elle quittera tout pour voyager dans sa tiny house.
Mia Clark - Greewich, London.
After a year interning at Warner Bros., I discovered my love for film could be a potential career! Watching films and sharing verdicts became habit and now that I've finished my internship, I wanted to find a new medium to express my meticulous film-nerdiness. Mostly enjoy sci-fi, animation and the occasional Rom-Com (The Com part being vital).
Food & Drink
Toby Hood - Greenwich, London.
I am and always have been a passionate foodie. From being raised on the Swiss-French border to living on the west coast of the USA, as well as having a strong patriotism to English cooking I have a somewhat worldly view of food. I have worked in and around the food industry from a young age, working as a butcher and fishmonger through school and cooking in my local pub, I have picked up many fascinating idiosyncrasies of the food world. Above all I love sitting down to a fantastic meal with friends and family and exploring a new eatery and what makes it unique.

Manor Wild is a professional singer and songwriter. She was born in South of France but soon enough she left France for the UK where she lived a couple of years as she mainly gets her musical inspiration from the British culture, where her great-grand-mother was born. Back on the French Riviera, she meets the two other members of MKW (name of the band), Mason and Karl Tyler with who she performs live gigs, competitions, and mostly record electro/pop/blues compositions. Manor loves to express and share feelings through her texts, paintings, writing and discovering about spirituality.
Laura MacNeill - Edinburgh, Scotland
Laura studied French, German and Russian at the University of St Andrews during which time she lived, worked and studied in each respective country. After graduation she travelled for a year. Upon returning to Scotland she worked for 10+ years, driving and guiding coach tours of the Scottish Highlands. Travelling became a passion and Laura developed a fascination with Antarctica in particular. After completing an MSc in Information and Library studies, Laura combined her tourism experience and newly acquired library related skills in order to finally get to Antarctica! During the Austral summer of 2016-17 she worked for the United Kingdom Antarctic Heritage Trust (UKAHT) as part of a team of four women. They maintained the Trust’s historic museum and post office at Port Lockroy, welcoming cruise visitors and counting penguins!
Since the age of 10 listening to NWA and Ice-T albums with headphones jacked into his ghetto blaster so the family could'’t hear, Ian has been an avid follower of all things hip-hop. Graduating with a Diploma in Journalism in 2000, he continues to write about all things music, cinema and literature.
